Jean-Marc began his career in ECM at Crédit Lyonnais before joining the M&A department of ABN AMRO as Managing Director and Co-head of France. Jean-Marc then turned to Private Equity, where he was appointed Partner at Duke Street.
Building on these experiences both in advisory and investment, Jean-Marc created D&A in 2013 to address strategic corporate finance matters with a holistic approach.
Jean Marc is a member of the Boards of Directors of Ayming, Finacca and Groupe Open, and previously of CWF, Domino’s Pizza, Biomnis, Proclif, Flowbird, Eduservices, Cruiseline, Novomed, and IVAL.
Jean-Marc graduated from Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne where he completed the Magistère Finance.

A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University in audit/controlling, François also obtained the DSCG (French equivalent of the ACCA qualification). He carried out financial audit and transaction services assignments during 7 years at BDO and PwC across various sectors (automotive, construction, environment, retail). François then joined Crèches de France as Finance Director, where he executed a number of build-ups and led the sale of the group to Sodexo.
At the start of 2018, François joined the D&A team.

Before Joining D&A in 2021, Alban spent 9 years working at In Extenso Finance, where he discovered Corporate Finance advisory. During his time at In Extenso, Alban advised managers and shareholders on their M&A matters – be it disposals, acquisitions or fundraising.
Over this period, Alban also led In Extenso Group’s own external growth, executing close to 10 deals in the accounting and advisory sectors.
Alban graduated from ESSCA (2012) in International Management and from Dauphine (2021) in Wealth Management.

Previously a partner at In Extenso Finance, Guillaume brings recognised expertise in M&A advisory, with a particular focus on the business services sector. With strong ties to entrepreneurs and a high-quality network in the private equity world, he has advised on numerous growth and transfer situations, working alongside executives and investors.

Before joining D&A, Thibault worked for 8 years at Croissance Partenaires. During these years, he supported SME and mid-cap company leaders in various areas such as equity transactions, restructuring, and strategic consulting across diverse sectors including transportation, logistics, consulting, construction, and retail.
Thibault joined D&A in 2025 to support its development.

Doctor of Pharmacy and a graduate of ESSEC Business School, Melissa had her first experience in the strategy department of Bristol-Myers Squibb in Paris.
She then joined Getinge in Dubaï as an Analyst in Projet Finance in the MedTech space. In July of 2020, Melissa joined the D&A team.

After graduating from EDHEC Business School in Corporate Finance, Pierre worked for three years as an M&A advisor at Lincoln International. During this period, he assisted investment funds, private and listed companies, and entrepreneurs with their equity transactions, in France and abroad.
Pierre joined the D&A team in June 2024 to support its development.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School and emlyon Business School (MSc) with a specialisation in corporate finance, Mathilde worked in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance during her first experiences.
Building on her academic and professional experiences abroad, her sports background and her interest in advisory, Mathilde joined the D&A team in July of 2021.

A graduate of ESCP Business School and ESTP Paris, Manon began her career as an engineer at Vinci Energies before moving into finance, with a first internship in Transaction Services at KPMG followed by another at D&A Corporate Finance.
Building on her academic experience and her interest in financial advisory, Manon joined D&A in March 2024 to support its development.

Hortense is a graduate of emlyon business school's Grande Ecole programme and McGill University's Diploma in General Management. She completed several internships including Sales Operations at Mirakl, Financial Audit at EY as well as M&A.
Building on her academic experience, and following a year as an M&A analyst at Clairfield International, Hortense joined D&A in March 2025 to support its development.
