Jean-Marc Dayan

Managing Partner

Drawing on his extensive experience in both advisory and investment, Jean-Marc founded D&A in 2013, bringing together comprehensive expertise and full-service support for companies throughout their business operations.

Jean-Marc began his career in ECM at Crédit Lyonnais before joining ABN AMRO's M&A department as Managing Director and Co-head for France. He subsequently transitioned into Private Equity, becoming Partner at Duke Street.

Jean- Marc is a member of the Boards of Directors of  Cardinet, Ayming, Implid, Finacca, Cruiseline, Groupe Open, Eduservices, and DataShake.

François Dubourg

Managing Director

François brings more than 17 years of experience with a career spanning M&A, transaction services, and financial management. After starting his career in audit and transaction services, François led the finance team at Crèche de France, where he executed external growth operations and directed the sale to Sodexo.

Since joining D&A, François has notably advised Vulcain Ingénierie (2 LBO transactions and 35 external growth operations), NG Travel (MBO and sponsorless LBO), Ayming (sponsorless LBO and majority LBO), Eduservices (3 LBO transactions), and Groupe Open (Public to Private transaction).

Alban Boitel

Managing Director

Prior to joining, Alban spent nine years at In Extenso, where he led the corporate M&A activities of this Deloitte subsidiary.

He has since developed strong expertise in the business services, healthcare, and tourism sectors, advising on transactions involving Implid (primary LBO with EMZ), Cogelec (sale to Legrand), Voyage Privé (unsupported OBO), NG Travel (secondary LBO), and Lexibook (public takeover bid).

Alban also sits on the supervisory boards of Imagerie Cardinet, Racine², and Hôtel de France.

Guillaume Hoppenot

Managing Director

Previously a partner at In Extenso Finance, Guillaume brings recognized expertise in M&A advisory, with a particular focus on the business services sector.

With strong relationships among entrepreneurs and a high-quality network within the private equity landscape, he has advised on numerous growth and succession situations alongside business leaders and investors, including Oury Medical (LBO), Batisanté (long-standing advisory with 12 acquisitions completed), BTPC Consultants (long-standing advisory), and Famar Lyon (restructuring).

Jérôme Da Silva

VP

Graduated from Université Paris‑Dauphine with a degree in Corporate Finance, Jérôme began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

Driven by a strong interest in both advisory and investment, he joined D&A at the end of 2018. Jérôme has since been advising executives and shareholders on equity transactions across a wide range of sectors, including education, engineering consultancy, distribution, access control and accounting services.

Thibault SOUBIRAN

VP

Before joining D&A, Thibault worked for 8 years at Croissance Partenaires. During these years, he supported SME and mid-cap company leaders in various areas such as equity transactions, restructuring, and strategic consulting across diverse sectors including transportation, logistics, consulting, construction, and retail.

Thibault joined D&A in 2025 to support its development.

 

Mélissa BEIGNON

VP

With a background in pharmacy and a degree from ESSEC, Mélissa brings to D&A a dual scientific and financial expertise that she has been putting to work alongside management teams for over six years.

She advises on sell-side transactions, LBOs (majority, minority or sponsorless) and external growth strategies, guiding executives through the full range of strategic and financial considerations tied to their transactions. Her core sectors include healthcare, business services, e-commerce and B2B activities, with a particular focus on tourism and wellness.

Pierre Darras

Associate

After graduating from EDHEC Business School in Corporate Finance, Pierre worked for three years as an M&A advisor at Lincoln International. During this period, he assisted investment funds, private and listed companies, and entrepreneurs with their equity transactions, in France and abroad.

Pierre joined the D&A team in June 2024 to support its development.

Mathilde Bilon

Associate

A graduate of EDHEC Business School and emlyon Business School (MSc) with a specialisation in corporate finance, Mathilde worked in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance during her first experiences.

Building on her academic and professional experiences abroad, her sports background and her interest in advisory, Mathilde joined the D&A team in July of 2021.

Manon Devanneaux

Analyst

A graduate of ESCP Business School and ESTP Paris, Manon began her career as an engineer at Vinci Energies before moving into finance, with a first internship in Transaction Services at KPMG followed by another at D&A Corporate Finance.

Building on her academic experience and her interest in financial advisory, Manon joined D&A in March 2024 to support its development.

Hortense Fortin

Analyst

Hortense is a graduate of emlyon business school's Grande Ecole programme and McGill University's Diploma in General Management. She completed several internships including Sales Operations at Mirakl, Financial Audit at EY as well as M&A.

Building on her academic experience, and following a year as an M&A analyst at Clairfield International, Hortense joined D&A in March 2025 to support its development.

Iris Lacour

Office Manager

Iris is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University. Iris joined D&A in September of 2019, taking charge of the administrative management and assisting the team in its day-to-day operations.
